End of Life Care
This course provides information on how to support an individual in their dying stages, also known as Palliative Care. This course is designed for care assistants to feel more confident at this difficult time, to ensure that the learner is able to deliver the right person-centered care to a high quality for individuals approaching the end of their life with compassion, competency and respect.

Training Objectives:
- Be aware of the individual's wishes for their end of life care and understand advanced care planning
- Have a knowledge of the supporting health care standards and legislation
