Epilepsy

This course has been authored by Tony Hannon, who has worked with both adults and children with epilepsy for the past 17 years. During this time, Tony has undertaken extensive research and training to gain better knowledge of the condition. For the last 5 years, Tony has been training staff and family members to support people with epilepsy and gain vital skills such as, the administration of emergency rescue medication.

The training covers how to discover epilepsy and what can trigger it, correctly order the steps in the recovery position and recognise how to provide individual support to someone with epilepsy.
